Our Guarantee & Business Philosophy – Make You Happy!!

If ever you are not pleased with our mangoes, we will refund you your payment minus shipping costs.   If you receive a damaged or bruised mango, we will refund you a prorated payment.  We take care to package each box with fruit that is hard enough to withstand the rigors of freight handling, but ripe enough to be eaten within a few days (approx. 2-4 days) after receiving.

Our mango trees are very productive, but the harvest season time is limited, so every customer is important to us.  We know most of the commercial mango suppliers and second-hand resellers in the business world can at times have pretty good mangoes and… you can pay ‘a pretty penny’ for them.  But that’s the key, we are only interested in a relationship if you are pleased and happy with our mangoes; mangoes that customers tell us are exceptional and which we know are priced reasonably. (We regularly check other vendor’s prices and order from them occasionally for research purposes.)

Why are we here?  To be totally up front and honest, we run this business as a hobby.  Even though it’s hard work in season it is also fun and rewarding, too, sharing our special mangoes with appreciative customers.  Our story is on our ‘Our Story’ and ‘About Us’ pages and on the upcoming MangoBlog.   MiamiMangoes.com helps pay for pruning equipment, ladders, fertilizer, etc. to keep our trees beautiful and fruit healthy.  We don’t have extra employees or much overhead and we can pass this savings onto you.   We are not under any business pressure, and often we have time to followup about our shipments.  So you have a choice. We understand if you’d like to support a more conventional fruit farm or buy mangoes from a family grove business that employs people.  That’s a very reasonable and civic minded thing to do.  But we’re betting that our caring customer service matched with the sweetness, flavor, color and size of our mangoes will win you over, hands down, and put a smile on your face.
